Heat Shock Proteins

Heat shock proteins (HSP) are useful for their targeted expression under cellular stress response. Their functionality as chaperone proteins suggests that they are also essential components to proper protein folding during post-translational modification. HSP's are characterized by either their full name such as Alpha Crystallin and GROE or by their HSP gene(HSP20, HSP90, etc.). kbDNA has focused on developing a competitive library of sensitive and reliable recombinant HSP proteins to support accurate cellar stress measurements and in -house assay development.
